Cannes 2026, For the Love of Fringe

A collection of fantastic films hit the 79th #CannesFilmFestival but at the top of my watchlist was #RuthNegga et #CateBlanchett in fringe. From #Ahluwalia & #Area to #McQueen & #MichaelKors, fringe was a top feature on the #SS26 runways—a subtle yet playful nod to the return of dressing up. Ruth did a spin on sultry Old Hollywood in custom #Dior et Cate left mouths agape in a #Givenchy FW frock inspired by the work of Olan Ventura. I wonder how this #OscarDeLaRenta would have held up in this all fringe affair. A contender for best dressed?
