Infused with light reflecting pearls and perfectly calibrated peach & pink pigments that brighten the under eye and colour correct decolouration and darkness on every skin tone. - Application: - After applying concealer, pick up small amount of Secret Brightening Powder with a small flat brush like Secret Brightening Powder Brush.
