CLASSIC LINER With the eye open and looking straight into the mirror, use the side of the applicator to mark the desired thickness in the center of the eye Using the tip, connect from the inner corner to the center of the eye Connect from the outer corner to the center without extending too far out from the natural lash line PRO TIP For down-turned eyes, add a small wing on the outer corner to create a lifted look. For smaller eyes, stay close to the lash line for a more defined effect WINGED LINER Start by applying the classic liner technique Next, follow the lower lash line in an upward angle using the side of the felt-tip applicator to connect from the outer eye towards the center of the eye in one sweeping motion Use the tip of the graphic pen to perfect the line on the eye PRO TIP For down-turned eyes, add a small wing on the outer corner to create a lifted look.
