These sandals are crafted from horse leather sourced from Polish hides and tanned by an Italian tannery. Only the front horse section―the neck area of the hide―is used, prized for its fine grain and supple, smooth touch. Finished with a semi-vegetable tanning process, the leather develops a natural, expressive patina with wear over time. Meticulously constructed with numerous hand-finished processes by skilled shoemakers in Japan, the sandals offer an exceptionally comfortable fit that gently conforms to the foot, reflecting the precision of fine materials and expert craftsmanship.
