Product Overview With dual sides, the 2-in-1 Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil - Matte Shell/Lace Shimmer gives your eyebrows equal amounts of highlights and definition. The shimmery end can be used across the brow bone to highlight and the matte tip to really give the brow line a stronger presence. Use both together or one or the other depending on the look you’re going for. Formulated to feel creamy and never waxy, the pencil glides on for a natural, smooth feel. How to Use For the most natural look, first apply the shimmer end from the arch (middle part of brow) to the end of the brow. Then, apply the matte side from the beginning of the brow to the end of the brow. Use the flat side of Brush 20 to soften and blend edges, using short, downward motions. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural-looking finish. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight and brighten by applying to the high points of the face. Apply to the upper cheekbone, bridge and tip of the nose, and cupid's bow. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used on the eyes for quick, radiant look or as an eyeshadow base. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic, shimmer or duo-chrome eyeshadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte eyeshadows.
