It uses a patented microfiber structure to help retain warmth, even if the fibers get wet - helping you stay dry, warm and comfortable. Anti-Fatigue Technology A comfort system, adopted from Timberland PRO, designed with shock-absorbing, geometrical technology that returns energy back to the foot to deliver all-day support and comfort. Gore-Tex Membrane An internal Gore-Tex membrane is built into the boot or shoe to create a waterproof and breathable barrier. The Gore-Tex membrane helps keep feet dry and protected, while allowing moisture vapor from sweat to pass through. Waterproof Footwear Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments and processes. We start with waterproof leathers that are sealed as part of the tanning process; we then either seam-seal the footwear or use an internal waterproof breathable membrane to help feet stay dry. Tongues and zippers treated with durable water resistant coatings utilize integrated gussets, to further deter water entry.
