Made in Germany. HOW TO USE IT Twist off the cap to open. Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye. Blend out with a brush to diffuse, or layer with appropriate eyeshadow on the top and lower lash line to intensify. Suitable for wear in the waterline.
