Standard issue contract A-2 leather jackets were originally issued in leather butJapanese heavy hitters Buzz Rickson's use a fine cotton cord cloth here known as Jungle Cloth. This allows for improved mobility and reduces the weight quite dramatically making it a go to jacket. Instantly recognisable as an A-2, the centre zip uses a nickel finished mil spec talon zipper while the snap buttons used meet U.S. Government Department of Defence specs.
