The Air Jordan 11 Retro Low IE returned to store shelves in August 2018 as part of a three-piece Highlighter pack. Like this Volt colorway, each pair contrasts a vibrant hue on the leather and mesh upper with grey elephant-print overlays. The unique texture replaces the signature patent-leather paneling of its full-height cousin, as designer Tinker Hatfield believed the glossy material conflicted with the silhouette’s intended purpose as a breathable summertime shoe.
