Founded by Montreal-born designers Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj Bhaskaran, MATIÈRES FÉCALES is a Paris-based fashion label renowned for its pioneering post-human aesthetic. Since meeting in fashion school in 2014, the duo have spent over a decade challenging conventional beauty standards through sculptural designs that embrace the vulnerability, grotesque, and beauty of the human body. Rejecting luxury's polished ideals, their work blends couture-level craftsmanship with radical self-expression, treating identity as an act of creation. The label made its Paris Fashion Week debut with its FW25 collection in 2025.
