Guidi's classic single-sole derby, the 992 is built with the tannery's vegetable-tanned reverse horse leather. Refined using century-old techniques, the leather showcases the reverse side of the hide, offering a soft-supple feel and nappy texture. Handcrafted in Italy, the 992 features a four-panel rounded toe construction and full calf leather lining. Each pair is piece-dyed post-construction, resulting in a homogeneous color, softened leather, and textured outsole. The shoes feature a fully resoleable Goodyear welt, anchoring the uppers to traditional leather soles.
