NikeN-2B BATTLEWASH PARKA (HERITAGE)

The signature Alpha Industries battlewash is featured on this short parka's nylon shell. The N-2B short waist parka was originally made for the USAF air and ground crews in the 1950s. This version features a faux mouton-lined split hood, and a unique 'pass through' front pocket originally created for pilots to reach into their pants pockets without subjecting their hands to cold temps. Alpha Industries began producing the N-2B parka for the Department of Defense in 1963.
