Not only is it an incredibly soft, renewable, and biodegradable fibre, but its exceptional thermal properties keep you warm in cold weather and cool in the heat. Merino wool is naturally odour and wrinkle resistant, plus its hypoallergenic nature makes it perfect for sensitive skin. You may experience bobbling on the outer layer, more so when the garment is new - this is completely natural and occurs because Merino fibres are significantly softer than regular wool, causing shorter ends to rise and tangle together creating small bobbles. A fabric shaver or specialised Merino wool comb works perfectly to remove these! Additionally, once those looser fibres have shed, the pilling should slow down significantly. Since Merino wool is naturally antibacterial, your garments won't need frequent washing. Simply air them out or use a steamer to refresh. When washing is needed, use cool water and dry flat to maintain the garment's shape.
