REVERSIBLE Event Official Rules

The REVERSIBLE Event (the “Event”) is sponsored by Reversible, Inc., located at 333 W Santa Clara St STE 800, San Jose, California (“Reversible” or the “Sponsor”). The Event is governed by these Official Rules.

By participating in the Event, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Event are for Reversible to determine in its sole discretion and are binding and final in all respects. Any entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Event if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these Official Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of Reversible. The Event is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or where bonding, registration, or other requirements apply but have not been met. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

ELIGIBILITY: Subject to these Official Rules, the Event is open only to those who sign up for a Reversible account at www.reversible.com (the “Site”) or the Sponsor mobile application (the “App”), who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its consultants, agents, and suppliers, as well as their respective immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in or win the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, the Event is open to eligible individuals only. Groups are not eligible to participate. This event is void where prohibited or restricted by law. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Event begins at 12:00 AM PST on April 21, 2026, and ends at 12:00 AM PST on May 22, 2026. Any entries received after such time will be void (“Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to participate in the Event. During the Entry Period, you may enter the Event by completing one or more of the tasks listed below on the Site or the App; alternatively, you may use the “Alternative Method of Entry” below to enter. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. If you do not already have an account with Sponsor (a “Sponsor Account”), visit the Site, or download the App on your mobile device and follow the instructions to create a Sponsor Account; creating a Sponsor Account is free. By thus participating in the Event, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by Sponsor’s Terms of Service located at https://www.reversible.com/legal/terms-and-conditions (the “Terms of Service”) as well as these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. ANY VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY YOU WILL RESULT IN YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT.

You may enter the Event one or more times each by completing the following tasks during the Entry Period on the Site or App in accordance with the Terms of Service: Creating a “Post” (as defined below) relevant to the Event theme on the Sponsor platform during the Entry Period.

“Post” means content which may include photo(s), video(s), captions and tags that user creates and shares on the Site. In order to be eligible for an entry, the Post should contain the Event specific hashtag in the captions and Event relevant media content.

Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries. Any attempt to do so will be void, and Sponsor expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it believes in good faith are generated by any such means. Entrants must complete the entire task required for an entry to be eligible.

All entries will be screened to make sure that they meet eligibility requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry: To enter the Event by mail, send a letter setting forth your name, mailing address, the email address associated with your Sponsor Account, Sponsor username, and telephone number to Reversible, Inc., 333 W Santa Clara St STE 800, San Jose, California 95113, Attention – Legal Department, REVERSIBLE Event.

By submitting an entry, you agree that any information provided by you or collected by Sponsor in connection with the Event may be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, located at https://www.reversible.com/legal/privacy-policy, and may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliated business entities. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of an entry becomes the property of the Sponsor.

All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Event. All entries shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Receipt of an entry will not be acknowledged, nor will proof of submission of an entry be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Entries must be received prior to the Drawing (as defined below) to be eligible.

PRIZES: The Event will have multiple prize winners. A total of ten (10) prizes (each, a “Prize”) will be awarded during the Event.

Five (5) winners (the “Most Liked Prize Winners”) will each receive $200 (the “Most Liked Prize”). The Most Liked Prize Winners will be the five (5) users whose eligible Posts receive the highest number of likes during the Entry Period, as determined by the Sponsor.

Five (5) additional winners (the “Curated Prize Winners”) will each receive $200 (the “Curated Prize”). The Curated Prize Winners will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion based on creativity, originality, and overall quality of the submitted Posts.

Each user is only eligible to win one Prizes. The Prize Winners agree that each is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local tax liability associated therewith.

In the event of a tie between potential Prize Winner entries, the Sponsor will break the tie(s), by assessing the following criterion: which user(s) created the Post at an earlier UTC timestamp as recorded in Sponsor’s database during the Entry Period.

Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Event. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award any prizes other than the Prizes specified in these Official Rules. Prize Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of the Prizes, and any related shipping and handling charges.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable, except as permitted by Sponsor. No Prize may be used in conjunction with any other event or offer. No substitution or cash equivalent of any Prize is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of equal or greater value. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award any prizes other than the Prizes specified in these Official Rules. Prize Winners are not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Event, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of any Prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Event is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor disclaims any liability resulting from problems with this Event caused by any failures with the hardware, software, transmission, on-line failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data transmitted by participants. Sponsor does not accept any liability for any damage caused to a user’s computer or peripherals due to participation in this Event or downloading any information necessary to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Event or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if Sponsor suspects tampering has occurred, voiding the entries at issue or terminating the Event and selecting winners from among that portion of the Event that has not been compromised, if any. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items. By entering this Event, entrants agree the Event is governed by the laws of California, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

INDEMNIFICATION: BY ENTERING THE EVENT, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ALL ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY OF THE PRIZES. EACH WINNER AGREES TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENT CONTAINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

WINNER SELECTION: The potential Prize Winners will be selected on or about 12:00 AM PST on Friday, May 22nd, 2026, from among all eligible entries received prior to such date during the Entry Period (“Drawing”). Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. The Event will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Event.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential Prize Winners by Sponsor Account messages, written letter, and/or e-mail for Prize confirmation with their name, address, and account username within twenty-four (24) hours of the Drawing to claim their Prize. If a potential Prize Winner entered the promotion by mail, Sponsor may attempt to contact such potential Prize Winner by telephone. In each case, Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate method of notification. If such potential Prize Winner does not respond to Sponsor’s efforts to contact such potential Prize Winner within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor’s first attempt to contact such potential Prize Winner, then such potential Prize Winner may be disqualified and the Prize deemed forfeited (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), and an alternate potential Prize Winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, through a random drawing of remaining eligible entries. If a potential Prize Winner(s) is found to be ineligible, an alternate potential Prize Winner(s) may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: By entering the Event or accepting a Prize, you agree to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Each potential Prize Winner will be required to execute and return (and winning may be conditioned upon the winner executing and returning) to Sponsor, within ten (10) business days, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), drafted by Sponsor, to be eligible for the Prize or an alternate winner will be selected. The Affidavit must be fully completed and returned to Sponsor prior to receipt of a Prize. Should a potential Prize Winner(s) decide to decline the Prize for any reason whatsoever or fail to timely return the Affidavit, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such potential Prize Winner(s), and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a potential Prize Winner, the authorized account holder of the email account attached to the winning Entry will be declared the winner.

“Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to a user name or email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, social networking site or other organization responsible for assigning user names/email addresses for the domain associated with the user name/email address in question. Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential Prize Winner’s failure to receive notices from Sponsor, including failure due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Event are to be directed to the Sponsor at [email protected].

Prize Winners may be required in Sponsor’s sole discretion to complete relevant tax forms as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize. Winner may also be required to furnish proof of identity, address and birth date in order to receive a Prize.

PUBLICITY: By submitting an entry, each Prize Winner grants Sponsor and those acting under their authority permission to use his or her name, likeness, or comments for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the potential Prize Winners may be announced and each entrant expressly consents to the use of his or her name for that purpose.

An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Event if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these Official Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Participation in the Event is at entrant’s own risk. Sponsor shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by a Prize Winner in connection with an entry; (2) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind; (3) any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Event; (4) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from downloading any application or otherwise in connection with this Event; or (5) any warranty with respect to any Prize or any component thereof. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PRIZES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE HEREIN OR OTHERWISE, SPONSOR AND/OR ITS VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR OBLIGATED WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT OR UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR (A) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS), (B) DATA LOSS OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, AND/OR (C) ANY MATTER BEYOND SUCH PARTIES’ REASONABLE CONTROL.

By entering the Event, you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any Prize or your participation in this Event, or from any misuse or malfunction of any Prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Event may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules in any way or at any time. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Event should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Event. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Sponsor shall promptly post a notice on Sponsor’s website to such effect. This Event shall be governed by California law, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. By participating in this Event, you agree that any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Event shall be determined by binding arbitration only in California, by and under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

WHO WON: To receive a complete list of winners or a copy of the Official Rules, please send a written request for such information with a self-addressed stamped envelope on or before June 5, 2026 to Reversible, Inc., 333 W Santa Clara St STE 800, San Jose, California, Attention: Legal Department – REVERSIBLE Event.
