Closing your eyes with each application, smooth the lashes from root to tip (without zig-zagging) to coat and separate them. Rotate the brush to work on the other eye, once again placing the longest fibres in the outer corner. You can also use the first (thinner) half of the brush to smooth the lashes of the lower lid.
