This is one of my favorite Tiffany pieces. About the size of a quarter. From the Paloma Picasso collection. Pre-owned. Polished and cleaned to look new. This piece is not only marked on the heart, it is also marked on the chain and the clasp. I had a really hard getting photos of those tiny markings. If you need more photos, let me know.
